CEO

Daniel is the founder of the company.

He cumulated over 20 years of activity within the Romanian banking system.

For approx. 15 years, Daniel held middle-management positions (Executive Director /Director/Manager) on lending or/and risk management area, in 3 major banks, part of international banking groups.

He analysed, including structuring, thousands of loans, cumulating billions of Eur/Usd, covering all economic sectors, local companies as well as companies with international activity.

Daniel had a major contribution within large projects (acquisition of another bank, implementation of Basel III, implementation of IFRS 9, implementation of different tools e.g. - loan application models, financial spreadsheet models, implementation of special lending programs e.g. for SBBs, implementation of IT applications etc).
